Eat more of any number of neutraceuticals (Offer only one sample) - from broccoli (tough sell!) to acai to olives, almonds, green tea, pomegranates, soy, soy milk, tofu,  macadamia, blueberries (easy to sell, though!), and other so-called ÒsuperfoodsÓ.

Quinoa is now   in many supermarkets; one of the best whole grains you can eat.

Salmon is a super food because of its omega-3 fatty acid content. Studies show that omega-3 fatty acids help protect heart health. (Mercury is an issue though)

 

Berries pack   incredible  nutrition  into a small package.   loaded with antioxidants, phytonutrients, low in calories, and high in water and fiber to   control blood sugar.
